Finding a Home Health Provider for my 82 year old mother with moderate dementia

Hi Everyone! My name is GS. I am looking for some advice on how to find a Home Health Provider for my 82 year old mother with moderate dementia. My mom will not live with my husband and me. She wants to stay in her own home; but, her memory is getting really bad. I need to find an agency that I could trust in Southern California. I would appreciate any suggestions.
