FREE AARP & Parkinson's Foundation Conversation-Starter Decks for Caregivers!

That is one of the questions in a NEW, FREE conversation starter deck of cards that AARP and Parkinson's Foundation have created to help caregivers talk with each other about the ups and downs they have in common. (There's nothing like talking with someone else who "gets it" - as we know from this Online Community Forum!) You can download these cards or request a printed sample pack.

AARP also has other free "conversation-starter" decks available here, including cards to help when you struggle with getting your loved ones you care for to talk about tricky subjects. The cards cover fun topics as well as more challenging topics like planning for the future.

There is also another deck of cards to help with conversations among the caregiving team (spouses, family members, friends, neighbors etc.).

Check out all of the decks (some are available in Spanish and English) and let us know what you think and how you use them!

Take care,
