Dementia

My husband just recently has been diagnosed with dementia. He is 79. Also we lost our oldest daughter in July to cancer. I am so overwhelmed?

My mother took a tumble and her dementia became markedly worst. We looked into care but the home wasn't taking care of her properly. We had her go to a home before and she fell and cracked her head on a dresser in the room. No one came and check on her. So my sister and I took on the responsibility of taking care of her. It is exhausting and frustrating. We take turns watching her. But we are both exhausted. I just want to know is there a book with hints and information on how to best take care of my mom. She is suffering the sun down syndrome .
