Here are the CDC's recommendations; updated 05/29/2020:

But your state or the state where a specific facility is located may have more or different ones depending upon other factors. 

So consult your state cause one size doesn't fit all.

Since I consider Assisted Living a type of Retirement Living - then you may want to review the CDC's recommendations for action.
