Need to enable Private Messenger?

Here's how:

go to My Settings | Preferences | Private Messenger | check "Turn on private messages" | check "Receive email notifications for new private messages" | Save

I found Settings & Preferences but was unable to locate "Private Messenger."

Go to My Settings: Personal Profile then to Preference Options

 Click on  Private Messenger

Save your Preference Options

Then locate & click on the private messages icon
