Advocate, in search of an elder advocate in savannah GA

We are looking for an advocate in savannah who can help us with navigating the financial setup and the many steps that have to be taken to move our 80 year old parents into assisted living. We are in California and can't be in GA for as long as is necessary to get everything done. Can anyone advise me as to where I might start looking for such a person?
