Visa Card Will not Refund money!

Hope all are well as we Embrace the

cold Fall weather.

Just like to share my experience so that 

others can avoid similar issues.

In 2018 I lost two (2) Siblings in less than 3 months. They were not old and being the first Siblings to die it was devastating. Flew Southwest for the first and later made Reservation for the

second. Made the Reservation and used

my Visa card. About 15 minutes later received a call stating no Funeral so don’t come because there will be a Cremation. Immediately I called to cancel the Reservation and requested a Refund to the Card. Didn’t want my Credit to get messed up, I Repaid for

a Trip that I didn’t need.

I didn’t want my Credit Report messed

up because I didn’t repay. I have waited from 2018 - 2023 to get my money.

Airline Refused and so does my Visa Card? Now I am the loser of $ 1,888.38

while I am Retired. I got a Lawyer but he

is siding with the Airline and Visa! What or who has my money? I don’t owe any 

money to Visa? Why wasn’t my money Refunded to me? I wrote both CEOs and still no results! This is not FAIR!

it seems to be a Game? Southwest stated the money was returned to Visa.

Visa denies but I have a letter where that money was sent to Visa!

Community I really need my money!

Get in touch with your local tv station consumer division and state your problem just like you did here ..They seem to be the only ones that make companies take action as they don't want the negative attention..Give it a try..
