Tax debt

Anyone one know a good, legit resource for getting tax debt advise?

Can an individual get IRS to reduce or get rid of interest or penalties directly?

IMO, the best source would be a person at the IRS!  I also found some info by Googling that exact question.  Good luck!  : )
