Received Notice if Financial Determination

Hi we Received the Financial Determination letter today from The Pennsylvania Department of Labor .. good news we our entitled to benefits The question is my son has NOT worked for the employee listed on the Financial Determination letter he works a 2nd job self employed he was able to secure a couple of jobs. Do we need to claim that income when signing up for UC Benefits because that is not from the job listed on the Financial letter it is from his Self Employed position
