Planning for long term care

I am 78 and can not qualify for Long Term Care Ins. It was too expensive the last time I check anyway. Medicaid is out of the question, because I have too much money. Of course, with Medicaid you have to be flat broke to qualify.

Without having to go back to work, does anyone know of a way to help with the cost, should the need arise?
