Many young Americans are holding off on major life milestones because of the uncertainty in their personal finances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. According to a recent survey from Quicken Inc., 62% percent of respondents reported a negative impact on their finances, particularly among millennials who said they were delaying major life milestones, such as marriage, home purchase and having a child because of the impact to their personal finances caused by the COVID-19 crisis. Retired. Personally, I don’t have time remaining to postpone anything. But I can appreciate concerns of those still working.
