Apparently the calculator was updated on August 04, 2025 and does seem to include the increased amount for standard deduction for seniors filing jointly ($33,200). However, it may not include the $6000 (per person) for those who qualify for that portion of the new law. I hope this isn't a glitch with the calculator as we find it very helpful for financial planning -- it doesn't seem to show that new benefit in the calculations.
