The Hartford Insurance

 The Hartford is a rip off!!! Their TruLane program does not work. I have Trends over 95, but my overall score is 78 and when I called to get an explanation they told me it was because of the "type of roads" that I drive on, yet they could not give me an explaination of how that moved my scores from upper 90s to upper 70s.  Bottom line is I don't get the discount I deserve. MAJOR RIP OFF!!!!!!!
