Rewards Redemption

I won a sweepstakes (National Geographic Photo Books Sweepstakes), but it was shipped to my old address and returned to the sender. I assume it was sent to my address that was active when I entered the sweepstakes and not my current address when I won. Is there a way to have it reshipped?
