Insurance Mailings

 I am happy with my home insurance.  I am happy with my health insurance.  I am happy with my auto insurance.  How do I prevent these CONSTANT, annoying, and voluminous mailings from AARP for all of these, that I must then separate and shred.  Surely this would save some money and time for whoever generates these, and reduce member expenses?
