Insurance AARP main business?

Very disappointed by my first year renewal of Hartford AARP auto insurance. Plus $200 a year and the company offered up no explanation for the increase. No claims made.

Im finding new quotes elsewhere less than my previous 2022 AARP/Hartford policy. Feels like senior bait & switch to me.
Benefits of AARP are purely informational and political for me. I’ve experienced no financial advantage from membership.
