Don't buy carnival gift cards. Just taking your money

I made 2 orders and didn't receive any gift cards or confirmation. Talked to aarp and said it's a technical issue and that I'll hear something in 5 business days. So I'm out over 500 dollars right now and don't even know if I'll get what I ordered.

The Rewards setup is a total joke isn't it? There hasn't been any decent prizes in years. It seems like someone uneducated seems to be in charge of the Rewards program. The website is terrible as well. You always have to scroll past the ads which take up too much space. I am sorry that you are being screwed over by the Rewards program. Hello AARP, fire the person in charge of the Rewards program and make it great again.
