Delta Dental Propel Plan needs 10 weeks to send out a coverage policy booklet

Per Janie, Deltal Dental (DD) Propel Plan cust svc, the  Propel Plan needs 10 weeks to send out a policy booklet. I can access the policy online, but reading booklet is easier, with table of contents.

When I asked why it took so long, Janie said "DD uses a printing company to send out the booklet". I suggested they get a better printing co., and she said i had to talk to a Level 2 administrator. I declined, from past experience its useless to talk to one of AARP's health contractors. Example: United Health care's cust. svc. is in the Philippines. The reps there know nothing.

Has anyone else been dissatisfied with the propel plan? I chose it b/c they promise no wait time to get a dental crown

It was also extremely difficult to navigate the AARP website to the "new topic posting"
