Carnival Cruise gift card

Hello,

I purchased a Carnival Cruise gift card on September 21, 2024. I cannot seem to figure out how to access it. I have checked my email associated with my account and I cannot locate an email but the charge is on my credit card.

Can anyone help me with this?
