I'm looking for information on AARP's discount program (CDP) as relates to the terms and conditions for auto insurance options.  I plan to travel to, and rent a vehicle in, the UK and am unsure whether the program has any stipulations about accepting/waiving the Collision Damage Waiver and/or Theft Protection plans.

I would recommend contacting Budget to find out if there are any stipulations regarding accepting/ waving the Damage Waiver.
