AARP Eye Center
I am so upset that AARP changed the charge card from Chase to Barclays. This company should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. The worst customer service ever. How do you get AARP to look into this, and change back to Chase.
My 88-yr old Mom has been trying to set up a card with them and has been having trouble...they sent a letter saying one of the utility bills was "invalid" but when I called, they could not explain why. They were vague and evasive about my other questions, and on top of it all, I could barely understand who I was speaking to! (they would only tell me they were "offshore"). I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said no...terrible customer service!!!
