Activation was smooth, then I tried logging back in a couple days later, and was forced to answer a bunch of questions for identity protection. Color of vehicles I no longer own and other questions which I had to guess. No questions were any 'security' question I submitted. Now I am locked out, and their site does not offer any other method to reset a password through email or text message or google authentication. Just a message that the account is locked and to call on phone to speak with a representative. After waiting on hold three times for over an hour, I'm done !!! I can't even find an email address to contact them... just phone numbers. I need to make a payment. Guess it's back to snail mail and postage. Complete **bleep** !!!
