AARP Website Crashes just a few Days After "Maintenance"?

Your rewards website is riddled with bugs and issues! In addition to it being down for "maintenance" so often, there are glitches such as the back button that takes you to the home page rather than the previous page; there's the moving red circle of death that forces you to login again, which usually doesn't work either, ending with a notification that you need to call AARP customer support to fix the problem; then there's the videos that say "sorry no points this time"; pages that will not load in a reasonable amount of time; etc. I have had to uninstall and reinstall the AARP app on my phone an average of every 2 days because of these and other issues! I really expected better from AARP! I also recently had an issue with a $10 Applebee's gift card redemption that took 18 days and contacting AARP customer support about 10 times tor resolve; and they wouldn't even give me the gift card that I paid for... Just refunded my points! So sad!

Sorry this is coming to you, but I can't seem to post an initial post to AARP Community about a problem.  To AARP:  I have not had any points added since 11/26/24.  I am missing points for 5,000 and 10,000 steps on 11/27, 11/29, 11/30, 12/1, 12/2, 12/3, and 12/4. Total missing points 2100. Thank you.

Good morning,

I have not had any points added since 11/26/24.  I am missing points for 5,000 and 10,000 steps on 11/27, 11/29, 11/30, 12/1, 12/2, 12/3, 12/4, 12/6, 12/7, and 12/8. Total missing points 3000.
