AARP Travel Center - Car Rental Ripoff

The only problem we had on our recent trip to Italy was with the Car Rental made through the AARP Travel Center (Expedia). The car rental company (Europcar) has over-charged our credit card without any explanation. The amount over-charged does not match the receipt we received from AARP and there is no way to request any information about the rental. This is unacceptable.
