@PatriciaR921621 AARP doesn't provide any insurance, but we work with carriers and other providers who do. Contact UnitedHealthcare directly at https://aarp.info/2WW1InK or call toll free 1-800-506-7651 (TTY 711) to get the form you need and any help logging into an account with your insurance provider.

I am looking to see how to log on to the correct AARP hospital plan for my supplemental and personal health plans.

I am looking for a form to file for outpatient claim

Thank you

I have changed banks.  I am now at Chase bank and not The Equitable.  I would like to give you the new checking account number but cannot get to the correct page even with the help of your staff.

What insurance company do you have it with? They should have the form.

You may want to look at this and see if it helps.

@ss90109  Who do you have your insurance with? Have you checked with them to see if they have the form or forms you need to make the change?

Look at this, it may help. https://advantages.aarp.org/en/healthcare-insurance/healthcare-tools-resources/understanding-health-...

I don't have Medicare so I don't want a Medicare link.  I already have this hospital indemnity plan, and an  AARP online account.  I just want to change the bank the auto draft payments are made from.  Is there anywhere online I can do this?

Have you talked with your bank about setting this up?
