Re: AARP Hospital Indemnity Plan
I have changed banks. I am now at Chase bank and not The Equitable. I would like to give you the new checking account number but cannot get to the correct page even with the help of your staff.

Re: AARP Hospital Indemnity Plan
What insurance company do you have it with? They should have the form.
You may want to look at this and see if it helps.

Re: AARP Hospital Indemnity Plan
I don't have Medicare so I don't want a Medicare link. I already have this hospital indemnity plan, and an AARP online account. I just want to change the bank the auto draft payments are made from. Is there anywhere online I can do this?

Re: AARP Hospital Indemnity Plan
This link AARP provided does not work. Is there another link you could provide...maybe start with the main home page after one is logged-on, then describe which menu options we need to navigate. I too was informed by cutomer service the forn is available online. Over 2,000 members have complained bout this and/or looked-up the same issue. Why don't you set-up the page with a link to FORMS or EFT Form given so many have trouble finding the form that does exist. I searched in Google and found a form but I am not sure if it is the legitimate form supported by AARP. This AARP website is not user-friendly.
