AARP Eye Center
Recently I had an issue with AARP Expedia and I've tried unsuccessfully to get assistance. My wife and I tried the 800 number from the website, but when we tried talking to a customer service representative it was a frustrating and unhelpful experience, the issue is above the paygrade of the call center employees we spoke to and they offered no solutions nor offered to connect us with someone that could assist.
Is there an email address to a customer complaint department for assistance? I would like to send the information to someone that could help resolve the issue.
