Hi @PatriciaW431706  This 'change your AARP account's email address and lose your R4G points' issue came up on another thread, and our trusty, hardworking Admin @AARPTeri, had this to say about it:

"‎11-19-2018 01:38 PM

@PatriciaW431706  This should not have happened at all.  I have the email address associated with your registered account on AARP.org but will need the other one to help you out further.  Can you send the new email and the old email to me at community@aarp.org so we can get those points you earned merged into the new account.

We don't want you posting your email address publicly Smiley Happy  Hope to hear from you soon.

AARPTeri"

So I suggest you contact @AARPTeri for help with resolution.

Best wishes.
