Technical Difficulties.....Again? ... Still?

After shutting down the awards program for 4 days and promising a whole new experience, nothing changes. Still getting "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties in processing your request. Please retry in a few minutes. Thank you for your patience." And if we aren't getting the technical difficulty error, we get the delays in awarding points message.

 

New awards...nope
Faster response/page loads...nope
More reliable...nope
Fewer outages...nope

This has been going on for years and nothing seems to be getting done about resolving the issues.

So what was the outage all about if nothing changed?

Todays extra points word is codeword.  They give you points for entering it but not for playing the game even though they say you will earn points.  at least we have other options for points but don't promise stuff you can't deliver.

No longer get any points for Fitbit synch. The app says itโ€™s synching. Nope. Fitbit takes no responsibility for it.

I am able to do some quizzes and videos.  I have had to do several of them twice to get any points!
Very, very frustrating!  Time to forget it.  Why so many problems?

This morning, I couldnโ€™t even see my Reward Balance, so I guess this is current situation is better.  NO!

I played codeword no point and won't let me play again. It says I already played yet no points and not checked off in games list.

 Awards started to function (kinda) around 4:45 or so, then at around 5:15pm I started to get the "Technical" errors again. I can't believe that they actually pay someone to run this operation. If this had happened when I ran an IT dept, I along with everyone else in the department would have been standing in the unemployment line long ago.

You are so right. I understand being down for tech updates, but don't they test it before sending it out.  I was so glad to see some new games added for points. Now if only they both worked. Sigh.......

Site came back up from maintenance and this is what I see:

---Friday, Dec 6---still not working correctly. SO tired of the 'oops', 'we're sorry', 'thanks for your patience', 'try again later'.

 

you NEED serious IT help....why aren't you getting it? do you really think frustrating your customers on an ongoing, though intermittent basis, is a better option?

 

community comments for YEARS of this.... who is in charge and why aren't they fixing this?

obviously what you have been doing for years, isn't working. I have had error messages pretty much every day for years now and points not received, 'you've already played today' after I get a message to try again because there was an error. I've talked to others with the same experience. I can honestly say, I've had more continuous problems with your site than any other, and that's an ongoing frustration.

 

I repeat -you need help and I don't understand why you accept all these same problems for YEARS and don't see it as a priority to fix.

 

you always thank us for our patience and you assume it is unlimited - it is not.
