Thank you for letting us know!  We are looking into this. In the meantime, you can try to use a different browser (Edge) and enter!

I don't understand how using a different browser would affect how your site registers an activity as accomplished on one page and not accomplished on another page - of your web site but I did try a different browser with the same results.

Thanks for trying another browser, @BeachGirl23. I'm sorry you're still getting the bad request error. Can you please send us a private message with your name and mailing address, so we may check your AARP Rewards account to see why you're getting the error? I have had PM set up on my account for a couple of years now and am trying to use it. I need a recipient, that is who is 'us' in your message above or do I just put in Brandon C?

Community Concierge

You'll want to enter the username "AARPConsumerCare" for the recipient, @BeachGirl23. - Brandon C.
