We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. In the meantime, you can either clear your cache and cookies to access the page or try accessing it in a different browser (not Chrome).

Hi, @dh88588799! I'd like to share some troubleshooting steps to see if we can get the "bad request" error resolved. First, log out of your AARP Online Account, then clear your browser's cookies/cache. You can find the instructions here - https://aarp.info/2I3wo4C - After clearing, close then reopen your browser and try accessing the Spin to Win sweeps again. Thank you for letting us know!  We are looking into this. In the meantime, you can try to use a different browser (Edge) and enter!

I don't understand how using a different browser would affect how your site registers an activity as accomplished on one page and not accomplished on another page - of your web site but I did try a different browser with the same results.

Nor do I, but it works; not in Google browser but in Firefox; second time these "sweepstakes" haven't worked in my daily browser but does in Firefox; not a Google issue but an AARP IT issue... (retired IT person here).

I have had PM set up on my account for a couple of years now and am trying to use it. I need a recipient, that is who is 'us' in your message above or do I just put in Brandon C?

Well, it has been 3 days now since I replied as you suggested. I find this useless as the reply doesn't go to you, Brandon, it goes to a general care center. So now I have Christy wanting to know why I am PMing Customer Care with the info you wanted. Having taken my time to enter in the history of why I was PMing that info, I never heard back from her nor you. Meanwhile, the reward is sold out. 


This will be the second month in a row that I can't take advantage of rewards that I can purchase with points. I do not need RV, camping world, or flight discounts while I am sure many other seniors can use these, and gift cards to restaurants not anywhere near me are useless. I find that with each passing month AARP Rewards has little to nothing to offer me. Nothing.
