Haven't been able to redeem points since 10/23!!!

I've emailed, messaged, posted here, but still have not been able to redeem any points since 10/23! No one is helping, no one is listening. I've tried 4 browsers on my phone, 2 browswers on my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling apps, clearing all data, everything I can think of but still get the same error no matter what browser I use. There is no point in my renewing my AARP membership this month if I can only earn points and not redeem any. I was redeeming every day since the new program started until 10/24 when I started getting the error. The image is an example of the error I get when I try to redeem points, in this case, the daily instant win. Can't someone please fix this??

@kmalleck   I just want to be sure you know we are still working to resolve this.  We will let you know when we have a solution.
