Take a look at aging around the world in 'A New Age,' a special report by AARP and Magnum Photos.

In 2008, my Dad lost a lot of his face and one eye to cancer, but he was a survival. Now my Dad is fighting melanoma. He had surgery on his scalp and other big skin graft hoping that they would get it all. Tuesday, he was told that the cancer is now in his lymph node and cells could be other places. He starts treatments at the end of June.  A long time farmer and a very hard working man, a Christian man, always treating the other guy the way he would want to be treated deserves to be selected as the #1 Dad for this Father's Day.  My Dad, Randy, could definitely use a day of honor and he will get it by his two children and two grandchildren.  We love you Dad.

He is my husband and he is a survivor. I know we will make it through this cancer battle and continue our life together and on the farm.  Love you
