After 6 years of smoking, I have mentally decided and desire to quit the habit of smoking. I have tried to quit in the past, but gum, patches, etc. never worked, nor did my motives desired for me to quit. However recently I came upon a product "Tar Blocker" which reduced the tar and nicotine I was inhaling and my cravings for nicotine decreased so substantially, that I feel I really only had to fight the habit itself, since the nicotine was not that strong.

So far, I am 8 days being off totally!!!   Woman LOL
