My resolution isn't an earth shattering thing--I just don't like water. I dislike the taste & always have. I drink coffee (too much). So this year my resolution is to drink at least 3 or more 8 ounce glasses a week. Some would say daily, but since I don't drink any now, 24 ounces is huge. I have discovered recenttly that if I eat out & don't order anything to drink but water with ice & a lemon wedge, which I squeeze, it isn't too bad!!! Salute!!
