      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've also read that you shouldn't stand all day.&amp;nbsp; It reminds me of my Army days, where constant standing helps to compress your spine.&amp;nbsp; I recommend you alternate your standing and sitting.&amp;nbsp; Just the motion of moving from one position to another helps with circulation and strength.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
