      <description>&lt;P&gt;to me, i don't like spices so much. i only use what spice a recipe calls for but if i was to pick one my favorite is Cinnamon; as in "Cinnamon rolls" &amp;amp; what you put on toast in the mournings ect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
