      <description>&lt;P&gt;I love onions! Always have some sort in my salads - red or Vidalia or scallions, sometimes a mix - and when I have time I sauté onions and mushrooms with herbs for a hearty omelet. I usually use vegan cheese shreds because of my cow milk allergy, but goat cheese crumbles or feta work also.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That is a breakfast that helps me power through the day!&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_savoring_food:"&gt;😋&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
