Get exercise while helping with balance and mobility - Stay mobile with Hiking Sticks

You don’t have to be a hiker to benefit from hiking poles. Walking with a pair of hiking poles can help with balance, mobility and reduce strain on the knees. It is also great exercise in general and can help increase arm tone and strength.
