Spin to Win not working again

I have tried to enter many times today. The game was working for a while, but has returned to its "bad request" setting. Cannot get in at all. PLEASE fix it!

Hi, It still happens to me too, but I accidentally discovered that when I close my browser - with the bad request screen/tab still open - then open the browser again, it magically opens to the correct spin page almost all the time. Sometimes I have to repeat 2 or 3 times & occasionally try again after an hr or so.

Also, i bookmarked the actual spin page with the spin button on it - instead of the enter screen. Am using an ipad with safari browser.

They (AARP) know this doesn't work with Chrome or Explorer. Try opening Firefox then typing https://sweeps.aarp.org/5ksweeps/

I use the webpage (just because the app is too annoyingly cumbersome to use for the Learn & Earn videos & stuff)

Yep, hear that. The app sometimes has buffering glitches on the videos, but I have a workaround for that. Annoying but works for me.

When I tried using the app, after finishing a video or quiz etc. when the “all done/earn more” popup msg come up - the link doesn’t take me back to where I was left off like the website does, it goes back to the first pg, so I have to reset the sort again & navigate back to the page I was on - so its just easier on the webpage for me!

Yeah, that was annoying ‘till I figured let me try the back arrow at the top and it placed me back to my list of new videos or quizzes.

I have the same thing happening. Sometimes it will work if 1- log out and back in 2- restart phone 3- clear browser history. 4- clear cookies 5- turn off phone for at least 10 minutes----- or a combination of these. Go figure!!!!??
