Hi, James. Probably browser settings set to erase history when exiting. Many of the games save progress on the computer and when history is erased, so are scores. We've brought this up with @AARPConsumerCare multiple times but that remains their trouble-shooting go-to.

Anyone know why the Daily Crossword doesn’t record puzzles completed? I have completed several but there is no indication that I have and sometimes it doesn’t even post my score. Can this be fixed?
