With AARP'S recent "updates" to their web site causing all sorts of issues, I am experiencing a change to the procedure of logging in. When I start filling in the "log in" screen, the "log in" image itself shifts from the right side of my computer screen to the left side of my computer screen.

It does let you sign in, but the image shift is annoying.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?????

It has always seemed inconsistent to me, but I have not noticed anything as drastic as what is described here.

The red banner at the top of the page shifts down. It's especially noticeable when it covers the top part of a game.

@nctarheel,

I agree that this site is very "jumpy". Even mousing over the menus causes the screen to change so quickly, it becomes disorienting. If I had any individual control over the menu, I would add at least 1/4 second delay before popping up the options. I've previously checked to see if there are personal settings available to me and did not find any. The ads could probably be sized before the page is rendered if the designer was willing to put some size limits on ads and article promos. I imagine it saves them development time to let everything size itself dynamically.

YES, YES and YES!!! I thought it was settings on my screen/browser that was causing me so much frustration - - especially when TRYING to play games. I guess I'll just continue to blame the for my low scores and extended times to complete the puzzles and games. Takes all the fun out of playing AARP games.

Same here until I found a site that said it was because of browser. I had
DuckDuckGo and it said if you had ad blocker, this would happen. I chandged back to Google and banner stays on top but the crazy cursor thing still happens. I think aarp has put that in but no idea why.
