There is one (IMHO) flaw. The moderator and guest make reference to humanity's ability to "destroy the Earth"....Seems arrogant to me. We may destroy ourselves and wipe out most life on the planet, but we will not destroy the entire planet and it will eventually recover. Might even come back resembling the planet in the movie After Earth.
