      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":paperclip:"&gt;📎&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; [Tuesday 9/3/24]&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I turn 66 this month (September 2024) and my YEARLY Medicare bloodwork for this year 2024 said I am pre-diabetic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(1) Any TIPS to share?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(2) What has been YOUR CHALLENGES?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My mom, deceased since 2018 in her eighties was an insulin using diabetic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*** Lol, missing my weekly ice-cream and cake ***&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Medicare doctor who is leaving her practice NEXT MONTH (October 2024), suggests exercise and mediterraen diet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also been doing ALOT of reading and HOPEFUL to reverse this by the time my 2025 Medicare bloodwork rolls around.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*** I would luv to hear about YOUR JOURNEY and anything else you want to SHARE ***&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nicole&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":old_woman:"&gt;👵&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; (Healthy Living Forum)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
