    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been walking 3-4 miles several times a week with a friend around 7am (we're both morning people).&amp;nbsp; I also bought a 6-lb medicine ball and resistance bands for strength training.&amp;nbsp; I miss my gym but these exercises will help me a bit while I wait.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't do those types of workouts, but maybe I should start trying them.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I need to get outside every day.&amp;nbsp; I usually walk, hike, or bike.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Those haven't been curtailed yet, and I'm actually getting more exericise in on days it doesn't rain.&amp;nbsp; Being outside is the only thing saving my sanity.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Thank goodness it's spring and everything is beginning to bloom and is beautiful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a nordic track S22i bike that is super.&amp;nbsp; We use iFit (need internet wireless) doing rides around the world with various iFit trainers (free one year with the bike trainer).&amp;nbsp; We don't like gyms or studio rides, but these recorded rides give a sense of being there via the 20 inch screen, so almost like getting out.&amp;nbsp; Plus, you can adjust the difficulty to make the rides easier or even harder - they are designed for training.&amp;nbsp; Rides are generally 20-40 minutes long.&amp;nbsp; We got this for the winter since we don't ride our tandem then, and it has been awesome as we stay isolated for a while.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;bike when the weather allows 5-15 miles. 20 minutes 2X daily on nordic trac treadmill at 3.3 mph on level. Can be adjusted for steeper angles but level is fine at that pace for seniors (55+).&amp;nbsp; This is more than enough to elevate heart rate for 20 minutes-that's about one mile at 3.3mph-and doesn't overstress leg muscles.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;for me, i'm doing just as i always do: i'm eating as i always do reading, watching t.v. ect. but the only exercise i get is the best one: walking. since i have no means of transport walking is all i do. i do use public busing when i need to go far &amp;amp; do my main shopping but for a few items &amp;amp; if i have to go to several places i walk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
