    <description>&lt;P&gt;Several complaints here. #1-Using foreign-born people or companies when a large # of your clientele are aging and various degrees of hearing-impaired. Foreign accents do NOT help matters.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;#2-If United is using Indian-based customer service, you are simply&amp;nbsp; legitimizing scammers who call with the same Pacific-rim accents. The cold facts are that 65 to 75 percent of the WORLD'S illegal scam&amp;nbsp; phone calls originate from India, Pakistan , and Sri Lanka.&amp;nbsp; These are THIEVES who rob Seniors with no remorse. So please, don't even think about mentioning Prejuidice, or bias, in using the services from that area, you are doing a dis-service to your American clients.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem is that using U.S.-based customer service reps costs more, and the cold fact is that AARP members are extremely averse to price hikes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
