      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I recently was interested in buying a $100,000 LTC policy funded by my IRA and was told that I needed to wire the $100,000 before the insurance company would send my my contract and benefit information. Is this normal? They are a well known company but I just couldn't imagine sending the money without a contract.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
