📎 Hmmm, why would I do #7? In my very humble opinion, this is NOT reducing my debt. How about paying off the credit card and maybe stop using it so much.

#7 would be applicable to people who have stopped using the CC and are working on paying off the debt - if they can get a lower interest rate on a personal loan, it would help them pay off the debt faster and cheaper.
