Hello there. What i would do is type into Google something like this: "Vertigo Support Group ______(city), ______ (State)" and see what comes up. I looked up "Vertigo Support" and found an organization that sounds like it will help you set up your own group: https://vestibular.org/finding-help-support/support-directory. I'm not sure if the kind of vertigo that is being dealt with is vestibular, though.
