    <description>&lt;P&gt;For reasons I don't know, two attempts to make a purchase were "denied".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Subsequently, I received an eMail from each issuer asking whether it was I trying to make a purchase. Yes. There was no fraud but I appreciate the protection despite the considerable inconvenience.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
